Below you will find a few preliminary questions we'd like answered to speed up the
process of getting you established as part of the team. Shouldn't take more than a few minutes.

Do you have a website already created with icon blanks?

-:- If no, do you have the capability of doing so? (ie. Do you know basic HTML?)

-:- If yes, What is the URL?

Are you willing to have your icons and pages reviewed by the Freelance Coordinator to make sure they meet guidelines and requirements?

Do you have enough time to spend fulfilling your requests?

Do you have a link to Dockwave on your site or are you willing to add one?

and other images into .bmps, you will have to sign up for a different email service.
